Manoj R. Thakkar

Director, Compliance and IT

Manoj R. Thakkar, Founding Director and Chairman of IIMT Studies since 2009 and CEO of IIMT Studies Ltd UK since 2018, has led the organisation to global recognition with expansion into the UK and Africa. A postgraduate of IIM Calcutta (SMP) and Harvard Business School (SBS, eLearning), he ensures compliance with awarding bodies including ATHE, EduQual, and SQA.

As Director of Compliance and IT at IIMT Studies Ltd, he oversees regulatory adherence and IT functions, ensuring the organisation remains fully compliant in all areas of regulatory affairs at all times.

Kapil Chanchlani

Director- Accounts and Finance

Kapil Chanchlani is a certified SAP Finance Functional Consultant with over 9 years of experience in SAP and ERP projects, specialising in SAP FICO, business process analysis, and system enhancement. Currently a SAP FICO Analyst at Arla Foods, he supports users, provides business solutions, and leverages Power BI for analytics. Holding a European Master’s in Business Administration (Finance), he is proficient in SAP Financials ECC 6.0, SAP S4 HANA Finance, and Power BI.

As Director of Accounts and Finance at IIMT Studies Ltd, he ensures the organisation remains compliant with finance regulatory authorities at all times and the organisation remains financially strengthened.

Dharmendra R. Thakkar

Director – Business Development

Dharmendra brings decades of experience in business development, SEO, and online marketing, with a proven record of turning negative cash flows into positive revenue streams and driving business growth. Formerly Director at Burly Institute of Global Education and Research Pvt. Ltd. and an entrepreneur at Shree Purnimaa Industries, he has also served on the Institution Management Committee of Government ITI Vadagam and as Trustee of Shri Bharti Lokseva Charitable Trust.

As Director of Business Development at IIMT Studies Ltd, he leads business development and marketing, ensuring compliance in the promotion of qualifications

Berfin Taghan

Office Assistant

Berfin Taghan has built a strong academic and professional background through her studies and practical experience. She completed her MA in Architecture from the University of Westminster, London, and a BSc in Architectural Technology from Middlesex University, London. During her studies, she focused her dissertation on Architectural Technology and completed several key modules in English, Mathematics, and technical subjects. Alongside this, she gained additional BTEC and Level 1 certifications to strengthen her academic profile.

In addition to her academic success, Berfin has achieved several professional certifications. She holds a Pearson BTEC Level 3 Diploma (90-credit), a Pearson BTEC Level 1 Award, a Level 2 Diploma in IT (ITQ), and the Pearson Edexcel Functional Skills qualification in Mathematics, as well as her GCSEs. These qualifications show her dedication to both technical and practical learning.

Berfin also proved her talent in IT and computer systems by achieving high grades in specialised subjects. She earned Distinction in Communication and Employability Skills for IT, Information Systems, and E-Commerce. She also received Merit in Computer Systems, Organisational Systems Security, IT Technical Support, and Computer Networks. Additionally, she successfully passed Data Analysis and Design and Maintaining Computer Systems. These results highlight her strong skills in technical problem-solving, data handling, and IT support.

She is also multilingual, with Turkish as her native language and English at a proficient (C2) level, which allows her to work easily in international and multicultural environments.

On the technical side, Berfin is proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite. She also has practical skills in hardware troubleshooting, system maintenance, network configuration, and data analysis. This combination of design software and IT skills makes her adaptable to both creative and technical tasks.

Overall, Berfin’s achievements show her as a hardworking and versatile professional, capable of handling multiple responsibilities. Her academic success, professional certifications, and practical IT skills make her a valuable team member at IIMT Studies Ltd, where she now applies her knowledge and abilities to support the organisation’s work in education and operations.

Robinson Okoye

Designer and Developer (Subject Expert – Project Management)

Robinson Chikelu Okoye is a Subject Expert with over 10 years of experience in project management, training, and business development. He has successfully led cross-functional teams and delivered projects that aligned with organisational goals, applying methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid, and Scrum. Robinson is skilled in MS Project, Primavera, Power BI, Power Query, and advanced Excel, giving him strong capabilities in project planning, monitoring, and data analysis.

He has also served as a trainer in project management fundamentals and has coached teams on effective project principles and practices. His career includes roles such as Project Manager at Bujjen Projects, Project Coordinator at Neotouch Engineering, and Business Development/Project Officer at Venus Medicare Ltd, where he managed projects successfully, resolved stakeholder conflicts, and delivered results on time and within budget.

Robinson’s educational background includes a BSc in Project Management from the Federal University of Technology Owerri, a Postgraduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Construction Project Management from Enugu State University, and professional certifications such as PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner, PRINCE2 Project Manager, Scrum Master Certified, and PMP (PMI Certificate of Completion).

He is also an Associate Member of BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, further demonstrating his commitment to professional growth and standards.

At IIMT Studies Ltd, Robinson greatly contributes as a Subject Expert in Project Management, actively supporting the design and development of Project Management qualifications at different levels. His expertise, combined with his strong leadership and problem-solving skills, helps ensure that learners receive industry-relevant and high-quality academic content.

Randy Adjepong

Designer and Developer (Subject Expert – Artificial Intelligence)

Randy Adjepong is a highly qualified academic and researcher with expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence Systems, and Management. He holds an MSc in Artificial Intelligence (Distinction) from Heriot-Watt University, where his dissertation investigated healthcare professionals’ perceptions of AI in Ghana, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Management at the same university.

He has extensive research experience, serving as a Doctoral Researcher at the Intelligent Automation Lab and working on industry-focused projects such as capability assessments and digital transformation adoption for SMEs in Scotland. Randy has also acted as a KTP Associate at Edinburgh Business School, facilitating workshops, conducting financial ROI analyses, and consulting for pharmaceutical manufacturing firms

In addition to his research, Randy has strong teaching experience. He has worked as a Teaching Assistant at Edinburgh Business School, delivering tutorials in Business Analysis, Consultancy, and Operations Management, and as an Adjunct Lecturer at Accra Business School, teaching ATHE Level 7 Diploma courses in Business Intelligence Systems. He is skilled in using Power BI, Python, R, and SQL to create practical, data-driven learning experiences.

Professionally, Randy also served as a Compliance Analyst at Zeepay (Ghana), where he applied his AI knowledge to improve fraud monitoring and compliance systems, helping transition from manual checks to AI-driven supervised learning models.
