At IIMTS AB, we believe that high-quality training and continuous support are the foundation of effective qualification delivery. To ensure all staff and approved centres are equipped to operate confidently, we provide a structured programme of mandatory training, induction sessions, and ongoing development opportunities. These sessions are designed to build knowledge, reinforce good practice, and safeguard the integrity of our qualifications.
Mandatory Training for All Staff
Every new staff member and associate is required to complete essential training modules within their first week of joining. These courses ensure that everyone understands their responsibilities and can work safely and effectively:
- Health and Safety – Workplace safety and risk awareness.
- Safeguarding – Protecting learners and maintaining a safe learning environment.
- Equality, Diversity and Inclusion – Promoting fairness and equal opportunity.
- Anti-terrorism Awareness – Recognising and responding to risks.
Refresher training is required every two years, with updates delivered through our e-learning portal or face-to-face sessions.
Mandatory Training for Approved Centres
Before beginning delivery, all new centres must complete a tailored induction and training package covering:
- Centre Recognition and Approval Process
- Planning and Delivery of IIMT Qualifications
- Learner Registration and Results Submission
- Assessment Practices and Internal Verification
- Moderation, Certification, and Retakes
- Handling Malpractice and Plagiarism
- Induction for Assessors, Internal Verifiers, and Learners
These sessions are delivered online via webinars, training videos, or interactive Q&A sessions. Annual refresher training is mandatory to keep all centre staff up to date.
